Writing Club for Teens

Writers Club for Teenage Writers at The Makery:
Every other Wednesday 4:30-6:00 PM.
Meeting dates: October 20, November 3, November 17, December 1
This bi-weekly writing club is for women identifying and non-binary teens (13+) who are looking to write creatively and read their work in a supportive environment of other writers. Each meeting will begin with a guided on the spot writing exercise (a quick write) proving prompts or a framework for future writing. Writers will be invited to work on their writing outside of meetings and time will be provided to read works in small and large groups. This is a place to practice to the writing craft, to build a writing habit, explore different genres of writing  and discover our unique writing voice. Most of all, this is going to be FUN.
