Mindfulness Writing


Join us for an evening of mindful writing. In this session, we will use writing as a tool to be more reflective and present in our daily lives. We explore elements of mindfulness through short readings, quotes, conversation, and creative writing prompts and exercises.

This session is open to those who are new to mindful writing and to those who have written with us before. We always offer choices in writing and ways to share what we have written. We are a community of writers and listeners.

If you wish to be more awake in your life and would like to capture more of your stories on the page in the company of a creative and caring community, this session is for you. We will take time to write, reflect and share our stories over coffee and tea.
