In this five week series we use writing as a tool to be more mindful and reflective in our daily lives. We will explore different elements of mindfulness through short readings, quotes, conversation, and creative writing prompts and exercises. If you wish to be more awake in your life and would like to capture more of your stories on the page, these sessions are for you. We will take time to write at every meeting. Join us and tell us your story over tea and coffee.
