In these session, we use writing as a tool to be more mindful and reflective in our daily lives. We will explore different elements of mindfulness through short readings, quotes, conversation, and creative writing prompts and exercises. If you wish to be more awake in your life and would like to capture more of your stories on the page, these sessions are for you. We will take time to write at every meeting.
Join us for all four meetings or drop in and write with us on the evenings that work for you. The cost is $15 per session, or you can purchase a 4-class punch card to mix and match the writing events that fit your schedule. See the previous page for the punch card option.
