Mindfulness Writing


Join us for an evening of mindful writing. In this session, we will use writing as a tool to be more reflective in our daily lives. We explore elements of mindfulness through short readings, quotes, conversation, and creative writing prompts and exercises.

If you wish to be more awake in your life and would like to capture more of your stories on the page in the coming year, this session is for you. We will take time to write, reflect and share our stories over coffee and tea.
