Mindful Writing for Teens

In this evening workshop we will explore what it means to live mindfully when it comes to social life, social media, family, relationships and life in general. We will use writing as a way to slow down and connect to our own voice and truest self. Journals will be provided as a tool for mindfulness, reminding us to take note of the moments in life that bring us joy and the moments that bring us struggle. We will explore what it means to show up and be present in our lives while dealing with the "all the feels" that come with being a teenager.
