Journaling Through the Seasons at The Makery
$211.00
Journaling Through the Seasons is a monthly gathering for writers to slow down, listen inward, and put words to the season they’re living in — both on the calendar and in their lives.
We meet Tuesday evenings 7-8:30 PM at The Makery in downtown State College, PA.
Dates: 2/24, 3/24, 4/21, 5/12, 6/9, 7/21, 8/25, 9/22, 10/20, 11/17, 12/15
Each month, we’ll explore the rhythms of fall, winter, spring, and summer as mirrors for our own inner landscapes. Through guided journaling prompts, reflection, and conversation, we’ll write about where we are, what we’re tending, and what we’re beginning to imagine next.
Our time together includes space for:
Reflection on the current season of life you’re in
Dreaming, re-imagining, and naming what wants to emerge
Writing alongside others in a calm, supportive community
Tea shared as a small ritual of care and connection
No previous writing experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.
You’re welcome to join month to month or settle in with a year-long pass to move through the seasons together. If you can’t attend a gathering live, the journaling prompts will still be shared so you can write in your own time.
This circle is open to women and women-identifying writers ages 18+.
$211 to join for all 11 sessions of the year
$110 to join for 5 sessions
$27 for drop-in sessions
